PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA — Today, 314 Action Fund, the premier organization electing Democratic scientists and STEM candidates to public office, endorsed former cop and health scientist, Harry Dunn in Maryland’s 3rd Congressional District primary.

About Harry Dunn:
Raised in Maryland, Harry Dunn embodies the values of duty, honor, and community instilled by his family. He was born and raised in Prince George’s County and graduated from James Madison University in 2005 with a B.S. degree in Health Science with a concentration in public health education. As a Capitol Police Officer for over 15 years, he courageously defended the Capitol during the violent January 6th insurrection. Officer Dunn’s service includes roles in First Responder Units, training new officers, and crisis intervention. Recognized for his bravery on January 6th, President Biden awarded him the Presidential Citizens Medal, praising his dedication to the country. Beyond his service, Harry is a former football player and devoted father to his daughter, Daphne.
